Job summary

ESA invites university students to apply for an internship in Noordwijk, Netherlands, focusing on payload engineering and system performance analysis for the IRIS-based Secure Connectivity programme. Qualifications

• You must be a university student, preferably in your final or second-to-last year of university course at Master's level.
• You must be enrolled at your university for the entire duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in payload engineering, system performance analysis and advanced satellite communication technologies.
• Contribute to one of the topics (Efficient techniques for area-beam beamforming, Multibeam nulling, Modelling telecom on-board processing and active antenna).
• Support modelling, analysis and benchmarking activities for the ESA Secure Connectivity programme.
