Job summary

adidas in Amsterdam hosts a Global Human Resources Intern role that supports the HR team across onboarding, data management, and day-to-day operations. You’ll engage with works councils, assist in HR projects, and help craft internal communications while coordinating events and engagement activities.

The internship runs Feb 2027 to Jul 2027, requires full-time student status, and uses English for daily work.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Studying Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar.
• Available for the full internship period 01/02/2027 - 31/07/2027.
• Comfortable working in English, both speaking and writing.
• Motivated to learn, curious, and open to feedback.
• Interest in HR topics, process improvements, analytical mindset and detail orientation.
• Self-organized and reliable; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day operations (onboarding, data management, scheduling, sick leave management).
• Observe and support collaboration with our Works Council.
• Assist in the delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
• Help create and distribute engaging internal communications to employees.

YOUR INTERNSHIP ROLE

As a Global Human Resources Intern, you will be part of the Amsterdam HR Team, a group that plays a key role within adidas by support our people eco system around moments that matter- delivering value at every touchpoint and providing HR service and support to defined business area. The team works closely with the Talent, Rewards and Works Council teams, and is involved in various projects and activities contributing directly to adidas' overall success.
