Foot Locker is offering a Talent Intern position in the Netherlands. The role provides real-life experience in the retail sector, collaboration with international teams, and opportunities to contribute to Talent strategy and employee experience.
The internship lasts 6 months, is 32 hours per week, and follows a hybrid model with around 2 office days. A monthly stipend of EUR 400 (Bachelor) or EUR 600 (Master) is provided.

Reporting directly to the Director, Talent Management & Employee Experience, the Talent Intern will collaborate with colleagues across the Talent team on a variety of projects. You will join a team consisting of one Talent Acquisition Manager, two Recruiters, two Learning & Development Specialists, and one People Experience Specialist.
Our team is responsible for shaping and delivering the Talent strategy, guiding the full employee journey—from attraction and onboarding to development, engagement, and retention. We strive to ensure that our employees feel connected, supported, and inspired throughout their time at Foot Locker by driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience, foster inclusion, and strengthen our culture across Stores, Distribution, and Corporate environments. As a Talent Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about what the Talent strategy entails, how we measure the impact of our initiatives and you will contribute to different projects which help enhance the employee experience, attract and develop talent.
