Job summary

Mitsubishi Motors Europe is offering a paid internship to support the development of a cyber security program. You will learn from experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and help raise cyber security awareness across MME.

You will assist the Information Management department with training development, trend analysis, gap identification, risk assessments, and incident tracking in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master's student in CS or information security
• Professional level of spoken and written English
• Proactive and able to work independently or in a team

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing cyber security awareness training and programs
• Support identification of cyber security topics and trends for awareness
• Draw up scenarios to identify security gaps in the MME environment
• Evaluate cyber security threats and perform risk analysis
• Gather information to define the cyber security program
• Research implementation challenges from similar industries
• Assist in compliance audits to meet HQ security controls
• Assist in managing and tracking cyber security incidents

Job description

This internship offers you the possibility to support the development of a cyber security program at MME. As an intern, you will be able to learn from experienced professionals in the cyber security domain. Additionally, you will receive mentorship and guidance to help you grow in your career.

Job Content

Become a Mitsubishi cyber security member and support your MME colleagues in increasing awareness of cyber security and helping with the implementation of a cyber security program within MME.

As an intern, you will assist the Information Management department in the following tasks:

• Assist in developing cyber security-related awareness training and program(s)
• Proactively seek and analyse topics and trends on how to increase the cyber security awareness of MME employees
• Draw up scenarios to identify the security-related gaps within the MME environment
• Evaluation of cyber security threats for the organization and risk analysis of threats
• Assist in gathering various information related to cyber security that will help to define the cyber security program
• Research cyber security program implementation challenges that similar industries have faced
• Support in compliance audits to meet the security controls set by MMMC HQ
• Assist the cyber security team in managing, reviewing and tracking cyber security incidents

Job requirements

• Master's student in computer science, information security, or related studies
• Professional level of spoken and written English (another language is beneficial)
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office
• Deep interest in the information/cyber security domain
• Can-do attitude, enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment
• Proactive and able to work individually as well as in a team
• Multicultural mindset and skill set.
