Job summary

Unity Partners is exclusively supporting a MedTech company in their search for an Interim Project Manager in Utrecht, Netherlands. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in MedTech project management and is familiar with the complexity of regulated environments.

This full-time role requires ownership of the planning and management of project structures, alongside close collaboration with relevant departments. Immediate start is available, with a duration of 6 to 12 months.

Qualifications

About the role

We are exclusively supporting a MedTech company in their search for an Interim Project Manager. The company develops highly regulated medical devices and needs someone who can hit the ground running, bring structure and keep the project moving forward.

What you will do

You will own the planning, set up and manage the Work Breakdown Structure, and align closely with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. You ensure project teams work in a structured and result-driven way. Stakeholder management is a key part of the role.

Your profile

You have a proven track record in MedTech project management and understand the complexity of a regulated environment. You don't need to be the content expert, but you need to understand what's going on. Knowledge of MDR and Class IIb is essential. Experience with remediation and Technical Files is a plus. SAFe experience is strongly preferred.

You are a strong communicator, a natural structure-bringer, and someone who operates independently in a fast-moving R&D environment.

Duration: 6 to 12 months.

Commitment: Fulltime.
