Job description

We’re working with an international client based in the Den Bosch area who is seeking an experienced Interim Payroll Manager for an initial 6-month contract.

You will be responsible for:

– Managing a small payroll team

– Delivering accurate and timely payroll across multiple entities

– Aligning payroll processes with broader HR strategy

– Collaborating with HR Systems, HR Support & Comp & Benefits teams

– Harmonizing and streamlining systems post-acquisition

– Driving process improvements and building a future-ready structure
