Job summary

S[&]T is seeking a Quality, Risk & Information Security Manager to own and continuously improve the organisation's integrated Management System, aligning quality, information security, risk and compliance across functions and leadership. You’ll translate standards into practical processes that support growth and resilience.

In this hands-on role, you will coordinate audits, manage risk assessments, and work with IT, HR and operations to embed best practices.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Quality Management, QMS/IMS, Information Security or related areas.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 audits and management systems.
• Knowledge of GDPR and NIS2 requirements.
• Structured, independent, pragmatic approach with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
• Coordinate audits with internal, external, customer and certification bodies and drive corrective actions.
• Manage risk assessments, non-conformities and improvement activities.
• Coordinate information security governance, GDPR and NIS2 compliance.
• Embed quality, security and risk management into day-to-day processes with IT, HR, Operations and business teams.
• Report system performance, risks and improvement opportunities to senior management.
