Keser Recruitment Group zoekt een Inside Sales/Sales Support professional voor een internationale technische organisatie in Dordrecht. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige afhandeling van offertes en orders.

Je werkt samen met sales, logistiek, finance en operations. Vereisten: ervaring in Inside Sales, vloeiend Engels, sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een proactieve hands-on instelling.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in Inside Sales, Sales Support of Commercial Support.
• Vloeiend Engels, zowel in schrift als gesproken.
• Sterke organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden.
• In een snelle omgeving nauwkeurig kunnen werken.
• Proactieve en hands-on mindset.
• Initiatief nemen en durven vragen te stellen.

Responsibilities

• Voorbereiden en opvolgen van offertes en klantorders.
• Coördineren van het volledige order-to-delivery proces.
• Functie als contactpersoon voor klanten wereldwijd.
• Nauw samenwerken met sales, logistiek, financiën en operations.
• Oplossen van klantvragen en leveringsproblemen.
• Bewaken van prioriteiten en deadlines.

Over jou

• Proven experience in an Inside Sales, Sales Support or Commercial Support role
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and hands-on mindset
• Someone who takes initiative and is not afraid to speak up or ask questions

Nice to have

• Dutch and/or Spanish language skills
• Experience in a technical, industrial, maritime or energy-related environment
• Experience working with international customers

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and customer orders
