Job summary

Jobster in Amsterdam is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive new business and nurture client relationships. You will identify opportunities, conduct cold calling, and set appointments for the area sales manager to hit targets.

Responsibilities include building relationships with new and existing clients, advising on quotes based on customer needs, and communicating new products and events. The role offers a modern office in the heart of Amsterdam and KPI-based bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold acquisition (B2C or B2B).
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch (C1+) and English
• Organized and good time management skills. Good at keeping a comprehensive overview.
• Able to receive feedback and implement changes accordingly.
• Commercially minded, charismatic, great problem solver, and used to working in a fast paced environment.
