About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, commercially driven Inside Sales & Account Representative to handle the full sales cycle for our B2B compliance services — from first response to long-term relationship management.

- Guide new clients through onboarding
- Manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities
You’ll be directly responsible for growing our client base while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every customer. This is a hands-on sales and account management role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Response & Qualification (Inbound)
- Respond promptly to new inbound leads (target: within 45 minutes during working hours)
- Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT, SPIN, or MEDDIC
- Book intro calls and assess needs, budget, timing, and fit
- Manage live chat on the website during working hours
Proactive Outreach (Outbound)
- Reconnect with lost or previously interested leads
- Reach out to past contacts and companies that showed interest but didn’t convert
- Identify and target relevant companies (e.g., UK-based exporters not yet in EU) with strategic offers like AR services or import support
Deal Closing & Contracting
- Tailor AR and compliance offers to client needs
- Coordinate with internal compliance experts for technical input
- Draft and adapt AR and consulting agreements using templates
- Manage contracting, documentation, and invoicing triggers
Customer Onboarding
- Guide clients through onboarding, portal access, and required documentation
- Coordinate Declaration of Conformity (DoC) and technical file reviews
- Create AR certificates and onboarding packages
- Mark deals as “Won” in HubSpot and ensure records are updated
Account Management & Renewals
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Handle client questions about AR services, documentation, terms, and portal usage
- Conduct yearly reviews and initiate renewal processes
- Identify and offer upsell opportunities (e.g., EPREL registration, compliance consulting)
- Manage offboarding and cancellations when necessary
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, complete records in HubSpot (deals, companies, contacts)
- Upload client documentation to Google Drive and ensure cross-links between platforms
- Support reporting (monthly deal stats, quarterly commissions, lead quality insights)
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of B2B sales or account management experience
- Proven ability to handle full sales cycle: lead → qualification → closing → onboarding → retention
- Strong written and spoken English (additional languages a plus)
- Comfortable selling to international B2B decision-makers
- Familiarity with frameworks like BANT, SPIN, MEDDIC, or similar
- CRM experience required (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Proactive, structured, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a remote, multicultural environment
