Quadient in Gorinchem is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager for the Mail Division. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including contract renewals with existing customers and retention follow-ups, using phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.

You will work in a structured regional setup (Noord, Midden, Zuid) and actively identify cross-selling opportunities while developing expertise on ex-Frama machines and Simplymail.

Qualifications

• Tweetalig NL/GB, telefoon als verkoopinstrument.
• Natuurlijke contactvaardigheid en creativiteit voor verkoopresultaten.
• Resultaatgericht en gemotiveerd door targets.
• Bereid te groeien en eventuele ontbrekende vereisten op te vullen.

Responsabilités

• Verkoop frankeermachines via telefoon, email en Microsoft Teams.
• Beheer de totale verkoopcyclus en contractverlenging bij bestaande klanten.
• Zoek naar cross-selling mogelijkheden binnen het sales team.
• Werk in een rayon en beheer alle Inside Sales-activiteiten.
• Voer commerciele activiteiten uit zoals End of Lease, Frama+, Matrix churn en retentie.
• Draag bij aan een evenwichtige workloadverdeling.
• Onderhoud kennis van ex-Frama machines en concepten, inclusief Simplymail.
