Job summary

TU/e innovation Space in Eindhoven University of Technology seeks a part-time Coach to support students in interdisciplinary challenges within curricular and extracurricular education. The role is 8 hours/week for 1 year and is largely on-site at TU/e, with sessions aligned to curricular and extracurricular activities.

You will coach groups and individuals, mentor learners, and participate in a tailored Professionalization Program.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 2–5 years of experience in a design and/or engineering field.
• WO level working and thinking.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support students in setting team goals and achieving them.
• Coach teams and individuals through interdisciplinary projects.
• Facilitate workshops, knowledge sessions, and career-focused conversations.
• Participate in kickoff/plenary sessions, symposia, and assessments.
• Attend bi-weekly intervision sessions with other coaches.
