Participants follow a BBL training path while gaining hands-on experience in a close-knit team aboard our modern fleet. You'll work with colleagues in the Rhine/ARA region, enjoy a two weeks on/two weeks off sailing schedule, and develop language skills in Dutch, German and English as part of daily operations.
Qualifications
- Good language skills in Dutch, German and English.
- Eager to learn and enthusiastic about learning the trade down to the last detail.
- Following BBL training for Matroos / Captain
