• Experience as an Information Manager, Information Services Manager or IS Manager.
• Experience within a local authority or other public organisation.
• Knowledge of IT procurement and supplier management.
• Understanding application portfolios and information management issues.
• A reliable partner for management, suppliers and IT professionals.
• Leadership that focuses on both substance and people.

Responsibilities

• Updating the information plan and monitoring progress.
• To clarify which KPIs have and have not been achieved.
• Coordinating and overseeing IT-related tendering processes.
• To provide an overview of the current application landscape and advise on optimisation, coherence and future decisions.
