The salary range for this position is €70,000- €80,000 and the role may include incentive compensation based on skills, experience, and training.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Information Security, IT Audit, or Compliance roles.
• Solid understanding of information security principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate security controls for risk mitigation.
• Monitor compliance against frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 1 & 2, C5, ISO 42001).
• Support internal and external audits with evidence.
• Manage the lifecycle of security evidence for audits and compliance checks.
• Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Communicate security risks and policy updates across the organization.
• Collaborate with departments to implement and optimize controls.
