PACCAR Financial Europe (PFE) zoekt een Information Analyst die de kloof tussen bedrijfsvoering en IT overbrugt. Je ontwerpt en specificeert contractbeheerprocessen en integrateert Alfa Systems met Exact Globe+; configureert BPA Platform en endpoints, en levert documentatie op als functionele en technische specificaties.

Je werkt aan het vervangen van ons legacy contract management systeem voor Wholesale Financing, met focus op operationele efficiëntie en betrouwbare data-uitwisseling tussen

Qualifications

• Vaardigheden in bedrijfsprocessen en systeemintegratie
• Kennis van Alfa Systems, Exact Globe+ en BPA Platform is een pré
• Goede documentatie- en communicatieve vaardigheden

Responsibilities

• Requirements verzamelen met producteigenaren en stakeholders
• Ontwerp van contractbeheerprocessen en integratierichtlijnen
• Data mapping en transformatie van bedrijfsregels naar gegevensstromen
• Ontwerp van technische interfaces en gegevensstromen tussen systemen
• Begeleiden van teamleden bij configuratie en API-gebruik
• Documentatie maken in Engels (functionele en technische documents)

As Information Analyst, you will bridge the gap between our business operations and IT team.

Your primary focus will be designing and specifying the contract management related processes, including the integration between Alfa Systems and Exact Globe+. You will configure the Codeless BPA Platform with standard connectors and custom interfaces, as well as configure the Alfa and Exact endpoints and related templates.

Key Responsibilities of the Information Analyst are:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with product owners & business stakeholders to gather and document process and system integration requirements between Alfa Systems, Exact Globe+ and supporting tools.
• Business Process Re-design: Design and document contract management processes to enhance operational excellence and efficiency for our Wholesale & Retail financing business.
• Data Mapping & Transformation: Translate business rules into precise data mapping specifications, defining how financial transactions trigger automated data movements.
• System Integration Design: Design technical interfaces and data flow to ensure accurate, secure, and timely data transfer between our systems.
• Platform Configuration & Guidance: As the expert on Alfa, EXACT & BPA Platform you’ll be guiding other team members on application configuration, middleware configuration, workflow orchestration, error handling, and API utilization.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation in English, e.q. functional specifications, interface design documents, and data dictionaries.
