Job summary

Bottelier is seeking an Industrial Demolition & Dismantling Supervisor to lead demolition and dismantling projects on-site in factories, power plants, and complex installations. You will oversee teams and subcontractors, ensuring strict safety, planning, and quality standards in the Netherlands and on international assignments.

The role demands an MBO-level mindset, proven site management experience, strong organization and communication skills, and a hands-on, decisive approach.

Industrial Demolition & Dismantling Supervisor

Industrial Demolition & Dismantling Site Manager, you are the linchpin on our projects. You manage demolition and dismantling projects within industrial environments such as factories, power plants, and complex installations. Safety, planning, and quality are always your top priorities. You ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, responsibly, and according to agreement.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

Daily management of demolition and dismantling projects

Managing own employees and subcontractors

Supervising safety, the environment, and compliance with laws and regulations

• Consultation with clients, project management, and work preparation

Identifying additional and reduced work

Administrative recording of progress, hours, and materials
