Job summary

Celoria Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Industrial Blaster for full-time production work in the Netherlands. You will set up and operate blasting installations, monitor quality, and support production while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in coating, surface treatment, blasting or similar, with a technical mindset and ability to work independently. Forklift cert is a plus; valid right to work in the Netherlands is required.

Qualifications

Celoria Recruitment Solutions is recruiting Industrial Blasters for full-time production work in the Netherlands. As an Industrial Blaster, you will prepare products for the next stage of production by setting up and operating blasting installations, monitoring quality and specifications, performing basic maintenance on equipment, keeping the production process running smoothly and supporting production when needed. Candidates need experience or knowledge in coating or surface treatment, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. A forklift certificate is a plus. The role also requires a technical mindset, affinity with automation, the ability to work independently, attention to detail, a quality-focused attitude and a proactive team approach. This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week. The salary is €18.00 to €21.00 gross per hour plus 8% holiday allowance. The indicative net salary range is around €550 to €650 net per week, depending on hours, tax situation and final conditions.
