No AI experience is required; strong Indonesian language skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for timely, high-quality assessments.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Indonesian (spoken and written).
• B2+ proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in listening to and evaluating audio quality is beneficial.
• Ability to follow guidelines and provide clear feedback.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and review audio clips to evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall quality of Indonesian speech.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Evaluate language accuracy and identify unnatural expressions.
• Validate cultural and contextual appropriateness of language used in samples.
• Provide clear written feedback in English and verbal feedback when required.
• Document observations and provide actionable insights for model improvement.
• Follow established guidelines and evaluation rubrics consistently.
• Collaborate with coordinators to discuss findings and clarify requirements.
• Complete assessments accurately within deadlines.
• Contribute suggestions to improve evaluation frameworks.
