Job summary

WLG in The Hague, Netherlands, is seeking an experienced assurance professional to verify and validate delivered projects, systems and programmes. You will report at executive level, mostly on-site with flexibility to work from home.

You will plan and run formal reviews, appraise work against standards and produce comprehensive test documentation. You will manage verification events and support external contractors and the operational community.

Qualifications

• At least five years planning and executing test/verification on large projects.
• Experience testing systems for function, load, and interoperability.
• Proven external stakeholder management on a large delivery.
• Ability to read system documents and understand hardware/software designs.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Experience leading testers, QA engineers or developers.
• Experience testing in virtualised and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with test, defect, and requirements management tools.
• Ability to perform independent testing where others execute tests.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and run formal reviews across cross-functional domains and along the supply chain.
• Appraise work against standards and identify non-compliances, and investigate why.
• Produce test documentation — event test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, reports.
• Assure other people's test artefacts, especially the traceability matrix.
• Manage the design, planning, execution and reporting of verification and validation events.
• Support projects delivered by external contractors.
• Support the operational community through acceptance activities.
