Charles River Laboratories, Den Bosch is seeking an Experienced Analytical Chemistry Technician - in vitro Metabolism to join the in vitro metabolism team. You will perform LC-MS/MS studies, develop and validate methods, and contribute to research in a modern lab environment.

The role requires a relevant HBO/HLO degree, at least 2 years' LC-MS/MS experience, and strong Dutch and English communication. A hands-on, proactive problem-solver attitude is essential for success in this

Qualificações

• Relevant applied science degree (HBO/HLO) in analytical chemistry or biochemistry.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with LC-MS/MS, including method development and validation.
• Interest in identifying unknown compounds and using data analysis software (Xcalibur, Compound Discoverer, Empower, MassLynx).
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Hands-on, creative problem-solving attitude.
• Proactive, results-driven, and flexible personality.

Responsabilidades

• Perform in vitro metabolism studies from sample pre-treatment to LC-MS/MS analysis.
• Develop and validate study setups and research new approaches.
• Work in a renovated laboratory with state-of-the-art analytical equipment.
