Job summary

IFS is looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead asset and maintenance operations projects. This remote/hybrid role requires 3+ years of experience with EAM solutions like Ultimo, SAP, or IBM Maximo. You'll guide customers through impactful implementations while working closely with stakeholders. Successful candidates will enjoy a results-driven culture and competitive compensation. Knowledge of asset management concepts and fluent English are essential. Willingness to travel to client sites (20/30%) is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing EAM / CMMS solutions.
• Enjoy working in a consulting or project-driven environment.
• Understand maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts.
• Communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
• You are legally allowed to work in the UK, NL, DE or BE.
• Happy to travel to client sites when necessary (20/30%).

Your impact

As anImplementation Consultant at Ultimo, you help customers modernize their asset and maintenance operations using a best‑in‑class EAM platform. You work closely with customer stakeholders and internal experts to design, configure, and deliver solutions that actually get adopted.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing EAM / CMMS solutions (Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, IFS, HxGN EAM, or similar)
• Enjoy working in a consulting or project‑driven environment
• Understand maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts
• Like combining business insight with technical configuration
• Communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
• Fluent in English and comfortable working internationally
• Take ownership, act proactively, and genuinely care about customer success
• You are legally allowed to work in the UK, NL, DE or BE, that is the country you are also located in whilst applying for this role (we unfortunately don’t provide sponsorship for this role in any of these countries, nor do we provide relocation packages).
• You are happy to travel to client sites when necessary (this is 20/30%).
