Job summary

IFS is looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead asset and maintenance operations projects. This remote/hybrid role requires 3+ years of experience with EAM solutions like Ultimo, SAP, or IBM Maximo. You'll guide customers through impactful implementations while working closely with stakeholders. Successful candidates will enjoy a results-driven culture and competitive compensation. Knowledge of asset management concepts and fluent English are essential. Willingness to travel to client sites (20/30%) is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing EAM / CMMS solutions.
• Enjoy working in a consulting or project-driven environment.
• Understand maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts.
• Communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
• You are legally allowed to work in the UK, NL, DE or BE.
• Happy to travel to client sites when necessary (20/30%).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EAM implementations, from initial analysis through successful go-live.
• Lead workshops and guide customers toward best-practice processes.
• Configure workflows, structures, integrations, and reporting.
• Run multiple projects in parallel while keeping scope, quality, and timelines tight.
• Enable users through training and hands-on support during adoption.
