Qualifications

• Experience operating wheel loaders, excavators, material handlers, or other heavy equipment.
• A valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one through Valor Groep.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operating wheel loaders, material handlers, and shredders.
• Directing incoming loads to correct processing locations.
• Inspecting and sorting materials for recycling and reuse.
• Recovering valuable raw materials from waste streams.
• Feeding oversized materials into shredding installations.
• Performing basic daily maintenance on machinery.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Collaborating to optimize recycling processes.
