Qualifications

• Experience as coach/counsellor/psychologist or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake conversations with clients.
• Provide coaching conversations via phone, online, and in person.
• Participate in rotating phone coverage (9-17).
• Manage caseload and referrals to network colleagues.
• Process incoming questions on the platform and handle referrals.
