Job summary
Been Management Consulting in the Netherlands seeks a Manager or Senior Manager to help clients accelerate energy, water, and food transitions by aligning strategy, transformation, and execution.
You will lead projects, coach teams, develop client propositions, and identify new opportunities while strengthening Been's thought leadership and contributing to a growing, purpose-driven organisation.
Qualifications
- Completed Master's degree (university level).
- At least 6 years of experience as a management consultant at a consulting firm.
- Expertise in strategy execution within the energy, water, and/or food sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of topics relevant to the transition towards sustainable systems.
- Experience in business development and creating compelling client propositions.
- Experience in leading projects and coaching others.
- Excellent consulting and AI skills with strong Dutch and English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support organizations driving energy, water, and food transitions.
- Lead project teams and coach consultants in their development.
- Identify business opportunities and convert them into new projects.
- Build and strengthen client relationships and contribute to thought leadership.
