Radio Zamaneh is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial administration, budgeting, and donor reporting. Based in Amsterdam, you will steer internal controls and manage audits, ensuring compliance with donor terms and Dutch law.

A one-year contract with potential extension offers stability and impact in a small, mission-driven team. You will collaborate with HR and leadership on pension matters and fiscal planning while maintaining accurate financial statements and forecasts

Qualifikationen

• We expect a professional with strong financial reporting and budgeting skills.
• Experience in donor reporting and non-profit accounting is essential.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software, preferably AccountView.

• Lead financial administration and ensure accurate reporting to the Board.
• Prepare project budgets, annual budget, and liquidity forecasts.
• Develop policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate audits and donor reporting to institutions and grants.
• Advise on pensions and taxation in coordination with HR and management.
