Job summary

Nebius is seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management Engineer to own and secure the company’s identity platform. You will manage Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365, implement conditional access, and oversee authentication methods while coordinating with operations and security teams.

You will also drive automation across lifecycle provisioning and governance, using PowerShell, Graph APIs, and Azure automation to ensure scalable, auditable security controls across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Microsoft Entra ID in production as a primary responsibility.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant settings, licensing, and admin roles.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and cloud automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the company identity provider, sign-in controls, and access governance.
• Design and rollout Conditional Access policies and authentication methods.
• Respond to identity incidents and provide remediation steps.
• Automate identity lifecycle workflows with Scripted tooling and Runbooks.
