Job summary

Iduet zoekt een ICT Specialist die verantwoordelijk is voor het beheren en verbeteren van de IT-omgeving in een dynamische, internationale handelsomgeving. U bewaakt ERP–, WMS– en e-commerce systemen en zorgt voor soepele integraties en continue IT-innovatie.

De functie vraagt hands-on ervaring in applicatiemanagement, IT-transities en projectleiding, met focus op kostenbewustzijn en aanbestedingen bij leveranciers.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, met ervaring in applicatiemanagement en IT-processen.
• Ervaring met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur Exact Globe) en integraties met WMS, PIM en e-commerce.
• Ervaring in een product-gedreven of logistieke omgeving.

Responsibilities

• Beheer en optimaliseer de IT-omgeving binnen de organisatie.
• Zorg voor soepele werking van applicaties, systemen en integraties.
• Leid IT-transities en digitale optimalisaties.
• Voer hands-on foutenanalyse uit en schakel zo nodig leveranciers in.
• Adviseer over nieuwe software, outsourcing en procesoptimalisatie.
• Leg IT-architectuur vast en documenteer systeemkoppelingen.

The Function: ICT Specialist As an ICT Specialist , you are responsible for managing and optimizing the IT environment within the organization. You ensure that applications, systems and integrations function smoothly and contribute to digital innovation .

• Application Management & IT Support: Monitor the performance and availability of various systems, including ERP (Exact Globe) , WMS, PIM and e-commerce platforms.
• Project leadership & innovation: Implementing IT transitions and digital optimizations .
• Analysis & Troubleshooting: Hands-on failure analysis, resolution or escalation to vendors.
• Strategic consulting & implementation: Advising on new software, outsourcing and process optimization.
• IT Architecture & Documentation: Establish and maintain sound IT structure and system integrations.
• Supplier Management & Budget Monitoring: Negotiate with suppliers and manage IT costs.

Your Profile

• HBO/WO working and thinking level , with experience in application management & IT processes .
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Exact Globe) and integrations with WMS, PIM and e-commerce platforms.
