Job description

For our IAM team, we are looking for an experienced Functional Administrator to strengthen our team.

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our One Identity environment. You will act as a bridge between the business and IT, ensuring an efficient and secure execution of our identity and access management processes.

Your responsibilities

• Management & Optimization: Maintain, configure, and optimize our One Identity tool.
• Process Improvement: Work closely with business and technical teams to propose improvements and implement new or enhanced IAM processes and workflows.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide user support, resolve functional issues, and analyze bottlenecks within the IAM environment.
• Project Support: Assist and coordinate changes within projects, collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create clear documentation of processes, procedures, and changes, and provide regular reports on the status and performance of the IAM solution.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure proper allocation of user rights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our security measures.

We are looking for a Functional Administrator who will strengthen the Stater IAM team and elevate our IAM capability to the next level. As a Functional Administrator, you will maintain close contact with the business and have in-depth knowledge of the IAM application and related processes.

Your profile

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience with One Identity tool (preferably One Identity Manager).
• Experience in a similar role within Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Knowledge of ITIL and preferably Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
