Job summary

Brivo in Amsterdam is seeking a Full Stack IAM Developer to evolve our identity platform using Java and Python. You will design and implement secure, scalable IAM solutions, integrating Auth0 and other IDaaS tools, while leveraging AI-assisted coding to speed delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting, mentor peers, and ensure compliance with data protection standards across global users.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-stack development experience with Java and Python.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven track record leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to boost velocity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack IAM solutions using Java and Python.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging.
• Maintain and scale identity architecture with Auth0 as the primary platform.
• Implement IDaaS solutions like Auth0, Okta, Microsoft, OneLogin, FusionAuth, and Ping.
• Oversee identity lifecycle management including provisioning and RBAC.
• Ensure encryption and data protection standards meet global regulations.

• Maintain and scale our core identity architecture with Auth0 as the primary platform for authentication and authorization.
• Implement IDaaS solutions like Auth0, Okta, Microsoft, OneLogin, FusionAuth, and Ping.
• Oversee identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning and role-based access control.
• Ensure encryption and data protection standards are met, aligning with global regulations.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to refine identity solutions that cater to business needs.
• Troubleshoot and solve identity-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance.

• Participate actively in an Agile development environment, including sprint planning and stand-ups.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, with deep proficiency in both Java and Python.

• Forward-thinking approach to development, with a documented track record of leveraging AI-assisted coding tools like Claude to significantly boost engineering velocity and code quality.

• Solid foundation in modern cryptography and data protection standards, ensuring all solutions are resilient against evolving security threats.
