RSM is seeking a Tax Consultant in the Netherlands to lead transfer pricing projects and guide junior colleagues. The role involves conducting interviews, advising clients on pricing risks, and drafting agreements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant transfer-pricing experience.
• Experience guiding and developing junior staff.
• Independent and straightforward approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews locally and abroad.
• Draft Advance Pricing Agreements and discuss them with the tax office.
• Advise on transfer pricing risks.
