Job summary

Experis Nederland in Almelo seeks an experienced Solution Architect to shape platform architecture and scalable solutions. You will design pragmatic, reusable systems while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

You bring a strong Java and software architecture background, with at least 5 years of experience in design and implementation, and fluency in Dutch and English. German is a plus. The role offers a hybrid work model with opportunities to travel for client engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (University or HBO) in IT or related field.
At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing Java components.
Strong software architecture background with system integration experience.
Proficient in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Set up, maintain and monitor the overall system architecture of platforms and products.
Handover internal and external business cases within the architectural framework.
Design reusable, scalable platforms to reduce large-scale replacements.
Advise clients on design improvements and propose new designs.
Collaborate with teams and seniors; work independently when needed.
Engage externally and think out of the box for pragmatic solutions.
