Job summary

Accenture the Netherlands is seeking a Strategy Consultant to shape transformation programs for leading semiconductor and high-tech clients in the Eindhoven region. You will tackle high-impact questions, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and work with senior executives to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (engineering, business, or a combination of both).
• 2+ years of experience in consulting within the semiconductor / high-tech industry.
• Proven ownership of partial scope within a consulting project.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to structure complex problems and communicate clearly.
• Affinity with technology, AI, and digital transformation.
• Interest in the semiconductor / high-tech industry.
• Willingness to work in the Eindhoven region and on client sites.

Responsibilities

• Structure and solve complex strategic problems using data, insights, and hypothesis-driven thinking
• Work directly with client stakeholders to shape decisions and drive alignment
• Translate strategy into practical transformation roadmaps and ensure execution delivers tangible results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring the best of Accenture to clients
• Build deep expertise in the semiconductor and high-tech ecosystem
• Own problem-solving and analysis within a workstream
• Develop insights and translate them into clear, compelling recommendations
• Support client interactions and contribute to strategic discussions
