You will lead security awareness projects, coordinate events, and drive reporting on progress to strengthen secure behaviors across the organization.

The role emphasizes research-driven interventions, stakeholder management, and delivering engaging security programs with measurable impact, including Cybersecurity Month activities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable turning ideas and insights into practical interventions.
• Experience in cybersecurity awareness/education/culture behavioural change or related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to translate findings into interventions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to engage senior management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Translate insights into practical, engaging security interventions for managers and client-facing teams.
• Lead end-to-end project management of cybersecurity culture initiatives from concept through delivery and evaluation.
• Coordinate cybersecurity events and awareness activities, including Cybersecurity Month.
