Everience Benelux is seeking an experienced Project Manager to steer multiple technical R&T and innovation projects. The role collaborates with project leaders, engineers and a broad range of stakeholders to keep plans, budgets and quality on track.

You will translate complex technical work into clear actions, with a focus on reporting, governance and external partners. A flexible mix of on-site and homeworking is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts and project risks.
• Strong organisational, communication and reporting skills.
• Experience with SAP is a plus and working with public funding is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budgets.
• Support Project Leaders in structured execution of technical R&T and innovation projects.
• Translate complex technical developments into clear actions, reports and documentation.
• Manage budgets, contracts, risks and financial reporting.
• Coordinate contractual and reporting obligations for publicly funded projects.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports and KPI tracking.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings using Lean, Agile, Scrum or Design Thinking.
• Contribute to proposals for national and EU-funded R&T projects.
