Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills for analyzing and managing complex planning data.
• Good working knowledge of Power BI and SAP.
• Previous production planning or operational scheduling experience.
• Reliable and resilient when priorities change.
• Polite, diplomatic communicator across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Create feasible production schedules based on material availability, capacity, priorities and customer requirements.
• Optimize order sequencing within the planning time fence and communicate updates to teams.
• Coordinate detailed planning across production, quality control, cleaning, validation and technical activities.
• Monitor daily production activities, anticipate risks and adjust priorities as needed.
• Maintain scheduling master data, manufacturing orders, KPIs and related reporting.
• Investigate deviations and coordinate corrective actions to improve adherence.
• Develop medium- and long-term planning scenarios for ramp-ups, campaigns and shutdowns.
• Analyse workforce, material and technical requirements for reliable execution.
• Ensure GMP, Health, Safety and Environment compliance and internal standards.
• Improve scheduling processes, support qualification frameworks and deliver training.
