Job summary

A2G Consulting BV is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days work from home and 3 days in the office.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years of experience, a strong finance background, and hands-on experience across the complete Oracle Fusion implementation lifecycle, including COA design, data migration, SIT, and UAT, with visa sponsorship available

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion implementation and support.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, functional configuration, and solution design.
• Experience with COA setup, data migration, SIT, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with the Oracle Fusion Financials modules listed.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials applications.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions based on Oracle best practices.
• Design and configure Chart of Accounts (COA) and financial structures.
• Support data migration from legacy ERP systems.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support production deployment, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot application issues and deliver end-user training.
