Job summary

CNS Media in Arnhem, Netherlands, seeks an experienced journalist to join our editorial team and produce daily news stories and features for our digital platforms, with a focus on Nutrition Insight. The role covers research, writing, proofreading, and interviewing industry thought leaders, with opportunities to attend trade shows and media trips.

You’ll report to the Editor-in-Chief in a fast-paced newsroom that values accuracy, deadlines, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of journalism experience
• Native English language skills are essential
• Bachelor’s degree is a requirement
• Experience in a newsroom environment is an advantage
• Commitment to detail, accuracy, time management and meeting tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Writing daily news stories
• Proofreading news stories from peer journalists
• Conducting interviews
• Direct contact with industry thought leaders, executives, and industry representatives
• Researching and writing in-depth reports and features
• Creating engaging content for newsletters and mailings
• Uploading and organizing content via CMS
• Keeping up to date with industry insights and pitching ideas
