Job summary

Madisonblack in Hilversum, Netherlands, is seeking an Allocator for a 6-month fixed-term, full-time role with hybrid working (3 days on-site).

You will monitor stock performance, analyze sales trends, and make allocation decisions across the business to maximize sales opportunities and optimize inventory levels.

The role requires strong Excel and analytics; experience with Tableau/Power BI/SQL is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Buying, Retail Planning, or a similar analytical retail role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience within retail, fashion, FMCG, consumer goods, or a similar industry is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
