Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies Engineering in Amsterdam invites a motivated intern to join the Global Capital Project Management Excellence area. You will support the GCPM team, help maintain project management procedures, and assist with digitalization of tools and reports.

The role requires an Engineering/PM/Construction Management related study and proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint experience, and good English language skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management related degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SharePoint.
• Experience with MS Project and Power BI preferred.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Capital Project Management (GCPM) team in projects and initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date project management procedures, guidelines, and tools.
• Support the digitalization of project management tools and reports.
• Support the functionality of the GCPM SharePoint.
• Engage with the CPM community to capture feedback.
• Facilitate GCPM webinars and e-learnings.
