Job summary

Landal's Business Technology team partners with the CIO to deliver enterprise technology across NetSuite ERP and OneStream, owning the Finance & Accounting ecosystem from discovery to adoption.

You will bridge Finance stakeholders and technology teams across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report, shaping requirements, processes and solutions, while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BA experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong grasp of IFRS, SOX, GDPR.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP; OneStream or equivalent EPM tools is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Clear communicator with analytical and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Finance stakeholders and technology teams across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes.
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements; translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identifying process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, then designing optimized solutions.
• Mapping end-to-end processes across systems, in alignment with BAs from related domains.
• Collaborating with Finance, Operations, Digital teams, and external vendors to ensure requirements are understood and prioritized.
• Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, UAT preparation, and go-live support.
• Occasionally visiting our parks to engage on-site with GMs, suppliers, and operational stakeholders.
