Job summary

LHH is seeking an Onboarding Specialist & Delivery Assistant in Amsterdam. The role focuses on engaging and onboarding candidates for career transition programs while supporting ICEO delivery activities. Hybrid work (2 days in-office) with travel as required.

Responsibilities include candidate outreach, Care/Info sessions, liaising between candidates and consultants, and achieving engagement KPIs. English and Dutch required; growth opportunities within LHH/Adecco Group.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Dutch and fluent in English.
Experience in HR, service, or consulting environments is preferred.
Experience in a professional sales environment is advantageous.
Strong service and quality orientation.
Experience with outbound calling and stakeholder communication.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Reliability and professionalism in appearance and speech.
Persuasive with ability to steer conversations.
Independent, goal-oriented work style.
Good computer and internet skills.
Fluency in English; local languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Engagement in the Netherlands and Belgium (70% of time).
Describe and present services to candidates; contact via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
Support and conduct Care/Info sessions on site or digitally.
Act as liaison between LHH, candidates and consultants.
Meet KPI targets and engagement objectives; forecast for management.
