Job summary

Brunswick is hiring a Supply Planner EMEA – Electronics & Power / Performance in Amsterdam. The role owns end-to-end supply planning across a complex EMEA product portfolio, translating demand into executable plans while ensuring availability and mitigating risks.

You will collaborate with suppliers, hubs and cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and support revenue targets. The position requires 5+ years in supply planning and strong ERP/Excel skills, with a focus on coordinating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in supply planning, inventory, replenishment or similar role.
• Strong ERP, planning systems, and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EMEA supply, replenishment and PO plans using forecasts and signals.
• Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle with suppliers and hubs.
• Review open order books and mitigate delays or supply risks.
• Lead supplier communications, expediting and capacity management.
• Optimize inventory positioning across global hubs for availability.
• Review recommendations and exceptions to maintain sourcing parameters.
• Coordinate inbound supply with Logistics and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide visibility on availability, lead times and risk to stakeholders.
• Support promotions, demand changes and capacity requirements with suppliers.
