Job summary

Krush Labs in Eindhoven is seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Technician & ECAD Library Specialist to bridge hardware prototyping with digital design data. You will split time between lab duties and managing our centralized Altium Designer component library.

In a hybrid role, you will create schematic symbols, footprints, and 3D models, verify datasheets and IPC standards, and support the engineering team with accurate, vetted components while maintaining lab readiness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years hands-on experience in electronics technology.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience using Altium Designer.
• Ability to interpret complex datasheets, mechanical drawings and packaging specs.
• Soldering expertise with IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification a major plus.

Responsibilities

• ECAD Library & Component Management: create symbols, footprints, and STEP models in Altium 365.
• Ensure IPC-compliant land patterns and data integrity across libraries.
• Verify datasheets for pin mappings, thermal pads, and mechanical clearances.
• Lifecycle and supply chain: monitor obsolescence and PCNs, link to supplier data.
• Gatekeeper for library: process part requests and release components after review.
• Lab & prototyping support: SMT soldering, debugging, testing, and documentation.
