Job summary

Eurofiber Group is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with data-driven solutions in a hybrid work setup. You will translate complex requirements into data-driven insights and design visual representations that tell a clear story for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include translating business needs into data or system requirements, developing dashboards, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value. You will mentor junior analysts and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Preferably a couple of years of experience as Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong ability to deep-dive into data, uncover root causes, and provide actionable insights.
• Skilled in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI (or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to explain complex topics in simple terms.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive, curious approach to problem-solving.
• Hands-on mentality due to system migration and developing new dashboards from ground up.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and translate them into data or system requirements.
• Create clear, compelling data visualizations that tell a story.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and add measurable value.
• Make complex data easy to understand and actionable for stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Data storytelling & visualization and process modeling and optimization.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reports and analyses.
• Data analysis using Excel, SQL, Power BI (or similar tools).
• Requirement gathering with Jira, Confluence
• Support and mentor junior analysts.
