Job summary

Kuwait Petroleum Europe in Antwerp/Rotterdam is seeking a Senior Credit Control Analyst to safeguard the credit position of customers across Business Segments. You will analyse financial information, assess creditworthiness and turn insights into concrete action.

You will collaborate with credit insurers, customers, and internal teams, support closing activities, and contribute to reporting improvements and system optimisation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in an international company or environment.
• Good understanding of financial and administrative processes and systems.
• Strong Excel and SAP skills; Power BI experience would be great.
• Analytical, accurate and solution-oriented.
• Organise work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Dutch or French a strong advantage).

Responsibilities

• Assess creditworthiness, monitor portfolio and minimize risks.
• Prepare analyses for the Credit Committee and defend cases.
• Collaborate with Business Segments and customers for clear credit advice.
• Maintain relationships with credit insurers and collection agencies.
• Prepare credit reports and KPIs; analyse ageing and exceedance figures.
• Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities.
• Work with the credit model and SAP; identify improvement opportunities.
• Keep credit policies up to date and contribute to smarter processes.
