Job summary

iwell, a forward-thinking energy solutions company in Utrecht, seeks a hands-on medior Growth Marketeer. You will manage campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels and countries, ensuring brand consistency across segments.

You’ll report to the Director of Growth and collaborate with sales, market leads, and product teams. The role blends strategy and execution in a fast-growing, international team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing across multiple channels.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; able to write in both languages.
• Experience with paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads/Google Ads) preferred.
• Comfortable with email marketing and marketing automation tooling (HubSpot and Instantly).
• Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Strong copy and creative; able to brief agencies and write content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns end-to-end across paid media (LinkedIn, Google), email, social, and owned channels.
• Create and adapt campaign messaging and creative for different countries and segments while preserving brand consistency.
• Write and brief content for ads, landing pages, emails, and social posts; produce solid first drafts.
• Learn to optimize paid media campaigns and basics of performance.
• Work with CRM and marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Instantly) to support email flows and nurture sequences.
• Coordinate with local market contacts and external agencies or freelancers when needed.
