Job summary

MegaGroup Trade Holding is seeking a hands-on Campaign Marketer to plan, coordinate and execute campaigns across Europe, collaborating with sales offices and brands such as Bosta, Bevo, Aquadrip, Epco, Anchor and Plimat. This hybrid role in Veghel offers central calendar management, content creation, and cross‑channel execution.

The role requires 4 days/week availability, English fluency, and a practical, hands-on mindset to translate commercial priorities into effective campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Hands-on experience as a campaign/brand marketer or CRM/trade marketer.
• Strong B2B marketing experience; wholesale/distribution background is a plus.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and execute campaigns from idea to completion.
• Good stakeholder management with sales, e-commerce and agencies.
• Fluent in English; Dutch/German are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Campaign planning and central coordination across offices and brands.
• Content creation and ensuring brand consistency across channels.
• Manage digital campaigns, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Oversee social media, webshop content and loyalty activation.
• Provide research support and practical campaign frameworks for local teams.
