DLL is seeking an Agile Engineer for the Corporate Center Applications in Eindhoven. The role covers a broad range of business domains including Finance, HR, Legal, and Treasury, with close collaboration among stakeholders, vendors, and the contractor network.

You will join a collaborative Agile team valuing ownership, adaptability, and continuous improvement. Key activities include translating business needs into user stories, coordinating functionality delivery with IT and external suppliers,

Qualifications

Proven ability to work across diverse application landscapes and business domains.
Fluent English, written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, tests, and defect management.
Self-starter with ownership mindset and ability to work hybrid.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical deliverables.
Coordinate delivery with internal IT and external suppliers.
Review and approve solution designs and system documentation.
Integrate IT, security, compliance and non-functional requirements.
Drive system testing, defect management and go-live readiness.
Organize UAT and ensure proper handover to support teams.
